U7 is our starter stick-only program and a once-a-week commitment to teach both boys and girls the basic fundamentals of lacrosse. The players use beginner sticks with soft lacrosse balls and run through stations where each skill is taught while hidden in a fun game or drill.
Players are provided a stick to use during the session and will receive a custom shooter shirt to wear each week.
Ages:
Typically 4-6 year olds.
When?
Practice 1 day per week and no games. We offer two 4-week sessions in the Spring. The first runs from mid-April through mid-May. The second runs from mid-May through mid-June. Sign up for one or both sessions.
Spring 2025

The players use beginner sticks with soft lacrosse balls and run through stations where each skill is taught while hidden in a fun game or drill.
